Edwin has painted five rooms in my home, two of the areas that need water damage repair. The breakfast room needed wallpaper removal. All was done with speed combined with great care. He went out of his way to help me select colors and to suggest and install new light fixtures. He cleaned up each evening, minimizing any disruption. He also painted the outside of a family room addition that had peeling paint and potential water damage.

We have a detached secondary building on our property that had 15 years of vine growth on it that had to be removed, leaving much of the siding in need of cleaning and repair before painting. I have a century old home in the Berkeley Hills that required the careful repainting of several rooms as well as extensive outside wrought iron railings and a backyard garden shed. Edwin worked carefully and cleanly. When he noticed the garden shed door was beyond hope, he replaced and painted it, and even today, a few years later, it looks great. Some walls in the interior required patching and then finding matching paints, which is slow and exacting work. He did this all efficiently and when the work was completed, the clean up was excellent.
